Recently, teachers and students from the International Exchange College of Shenyang University of Chemical Technology visited Shenyang Huawei Laser Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huawei Laser") for a visit and exchange, and got a close understanding of the company's production operations and the practical application of laser equipment. The visit included company visits, technical explanations, product demonstrations and practical experience sessions, allowing teachers and students to have a more intuitive understanding of laser processing technology.
Under the leadership of relevant persons in charge of Huawei Laser, teachers and students first visited the company's production workshop, R&D center and product display center to learn more about the technical principles and application fields of laser cutting, welding and precision processing equipment. The company's technicians demonstrated the actual operation process of intelligent laser equipment on site, including high-speed cutting and precision welding of metal sheets, and welding and cutting by intelligent automated robots. The precise processing technology and efficient equipment performance left a deep impression on teachers and students.
In the practical experience session, teachers and students personally operated the 1500W handheld laser welding machine. This equipment is easy to operate, has high precision and strong welding ability. Some students mastered the basic usage methods in a short time and completed simple welding operations. Through practical experience, everyone has a more intuitive understanding of the efficiency and convenience of laser welding, and has a deeper understanding of the wide application of laser technology in industrial manufacturing.
