U.S. Customer David Visits HUAWEI LASER for Factory Inspection
HUAWEI LASER recently welcomed David, a customer from the United States, to its manufacturing facility in Shenyang for a factory inspection and on-site equipment evaluation. During the visit, David toured the production workshop, learned about the company’s manufacturing processes, and experienced live demonstrations of several laser equipment solutions.
Touring the HUAWEI LASER Production Workshop
During the factory inspection, the HUAWEI LASER team guided David through the production and assembly workshop. He gained a closer look at the manufacturing process, equipment assembly, and quality control procedures behind HUAWEI LASER’s laser equipment.
The factory tour also provided an opportunity for direct communication between the customer and the HUAWEI LASER team, allowing David to learn more about the company’s technical capabilities and approach to equipment manufacturing.
Live Demonstrations of Laser Equipment
As part of the visit, HUAWEI LASER arranged live demonstrations of several key laser solutions, including Collaborative Welding Robot, Laser Cleaning Machine, and Handheld Fiber Laser Welding Machine.
David observed the collaborative welding robot performing automated welding operations and experienced the operation of handheld laser welding equipment. The laser cleaning machine was also demonstrated to showcase its capabilities in metal surface cleaning and preparation.
The on-site demonstrations allowed David to gain a more direct understanding of the equipment’s operation, performance, and potential applications.
Strengthening Customer Communication Through Factory Visits
For international customers, a factory inspection provides an opportunity to gain firsthand knowledge of a manufacturer’s production capabilities, equipment technology, and quality management processes.
