Fiber Laser Cutting Machine Daily Operation and Safety Precautions

Before operating the equipment, please carefully read the precautions and strictly follow the operating procedures. Unauthorized personnel who have not been trained are prohibited from using the machine.

1. Startup Sequence: Turn on the main power switch → Turn on the operating computer → Turn on the servo drive → Turn on the chiller → Turn on the laser (Each time the machine is started, the system must execute the "return to home" command in the human-machine interface).

2. Shutdown Sequence: Turn off the laser → Turn off the chiller → Turn off the servo drive → Shut down the computer (Do not force shutdown by directly cutting the power) → Turn off the main power switch. Please strictly follow the startup and shutdown procedures to avoid damage to electrical components.

3. The machine must not emit light when the chiller is not operating.

4. he operator must not leave the machine unattended while it is running; ensure that the machine stops when the operator leaves.

5. If the machine encounters an abnormal situation during operation, first determine the abnormal position and check the alarm information. Address the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact after-sales technical support immediately.

6. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to extend any part of the body into the machine’s working range. Do not stand or sit on the worktable while operating the machine. The working area should be kept clear of any unrelated objects to prevent machine damage. Damages caused by human error are not covered under warranty.

7. he machine operates at 380V/50Hz. Depending on the model, the operating voltage and total power may vary (refer to the machine specifications). If the working environment has unstable voltage, a voltage stabilizer must be installed, and its power should be twice the machine's total power to prevent operational issues.
